Manual lead follow up
In this video we would like to demonstrate how most companies typically manage their leads when using the facebook lead center:
- Leads are stored in the FB leadcenter
- Exported to excelsheets
- Followed up by your sales agents.
Needless to say that this quite tedious and not very effective and subject to improvement.
Automatic lead follow up
On the left you see a demo of the lead center Whatsapp integration:
- Leads are stored in the FB leadcenter
- Leads directly synchronised in CRM and Whatsapp
- Lead follow starts directly after form completion.
This process will increase the response rate and less manual work.
How can we implement this process step by step?
Most customers run multiple Facebook ads, perhaps for different target groups and on different languages. Each ad will generate each own leads. In order to understand if a full integration of your facebooks with whatsapp pays off, we advise a step-by-step approach.

Step 1: Set up lead campaign in meta business lead centre
In the meta business environment you are able to set up lead generation campaigns. You will
create the content for the campaign. With this campaign your potential audience will leave their contact details in the lead form once they are interested. Within the lead form you can request all sort of information.
Step 2: Connect lead centre with WhatsApp
Once your campaign will generate more then 5 leads per day it will be beneficial to connect the lead centre with WhatsApp. We are able to set up an integration between these two platforms. As soon as a lead has filled out the lead form in the campaign a WhatsApp message will be send automatically. Within the WhatsApp API we will set up templates with the requested message. These templates will be connected to the information from the lead form.

- Maintenance cost per month: € 125.
- Software license per month : €150 – € 300 (depending on number of users and leads/messages)
For this price we will set up the WhatsApp API, set up the templates, build the
connection between the lead centre and the WhatsApp API and connect 1 lead form
to the template.
The monthly fee of €100,- is needed for the WhatsApp API, based on 1 user.
Monitoring the campaign and for fixing errors and changing templates based on 1
campaign with 1 leadform.

Connect multiple campaigns with different templates
If you run
multiple lead campaigns for different target groups you probably want to send
out different templates to your leads. Together we can think of the right
templates you want to be send out.
